How does the Advertising Box system work?

Each Box is an integrated visual communication package (social graphics, brand restyling, flyers) that ensures your venue’s promotional presence on our portal with increasing levels of visibility.

Who collects the money from users’ bookings?

You collect everything directly. La Bussola Magica does not hold the experience payment. You will manage collection through your preferred channels (IBAN, POS, cash).

Which ATECO code is shown on the invoice?

We invoice as Graphic Design services (74.10.21), allowing you to deduct the investment as consulting and marketing for your company.

For Users (B2C)

Do I have to pay service fees to La Bussola Magica?

No, browsing and sending requests on our portal are completely free for travelers.

What happens if I need assistance with my booking?

Our Customer Service is always at your disposal to support you and liaise with the Partner if needed.
